Hello, I am using URnetwork on a Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9).
I can sign in successfully, but I cannot load any locations. The app always says: “Check your internet connection. Tap to fetch location.”
I have tried different VPN servers, Wi-Fi, clearing the cache, and reinstalling the app, but the issue remains.
Could you please help me?
